The Kona Village Resort is a deluxe resort with 125 individual hales on 82-acres offering guests a choice of picturesque garden views, tranquil lagoon settings and dramatic ocean panoramas. Nine styles range in size from intimate to large enough to accommodate multiple families.

The Kona Village dining experience, featuring Full American Plan, emphasizes fresh island-grown vegetables and fish from local waters. Our menus also offer light cuisine selections. Begin the day with old-fashioned country omelets, fresh fruits or Belgian waffles at Hale Moana overlooking Kahuwai bay. Enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch Al Fresco, just steps from the beach. Dinner offers a choice of two oceanfront restaurants: Hale Moana or the romantic and intimate Hale Samoa.
Aloha Kakahiaka (breakfast) - Tropical Fruit Plate, Vegetarian Tofu Scramble, Macadamia Nut Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, Omelets and Hawaiian Style French Toast.
Lunch has a daily selection of freshly made salads, organic lettuce and field greens from the Big Island, cold fruit soup, selection of shell fish, sashimi, island fruits and hot entree items. Our chefs prepare fresh fish, beef, chicken, lamb, hot dogs and hamburgers on a rotating basis on an open grill.
Dinner offers a choice of two oceanfront restaurants: the informal Hale Moana and the intimate Hale Samoa. On Wednesdays and Fridays, the Hale Samoa is closed. On Wednesdays, the Hale Moana and the Paniolo Night Buffet are offered, while on Fridays, the choice is the Hale Moana or our Legendary Aha'aina (Luau).
Dinner at the Hale Moana features a selection of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees and desserts, with specialties rotating nightly. The cuisine reflects Hawiian, Pacific Rim, and Japanese influences.
