The Orchid features a wide variety of International and Caribbean inspired dishes, including: Ackee Quiche, Mozzarella Caprese, Conch Fritters and Saffron Mussels; and the chef's own signature Shrimp Bisque; and Grilled Grouper. Beachfront Dining Deck - a popular spot to enjoy lunch, afternoon cocktails and watch the sunset- Among the menu highlights at the Beachfront Dining Deck, which overlooks Grace Bay Beach are the following signature tasty treats: Caicos Conch Chowder, the Caribbean Citrus Mixed Greens Salad, the Provo Island Seafood Delight, and the Grouper Sandwich.

The Suites of The Alexandra are divided among three buildings, The Superior Ocean View Building, the Luxury Beachfront Building and the Deluxe Ocean View Building. All units include high ceilings, Italian pocelain tile floors, fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, and ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning. Balconies and ground-floor patios are furnished with ceiling fans.
The Superior Ocean View Building - adjoins
the beach and offers Atlantic Ocean views. Decor features mahogany-colored crown
molding and light-wood furniture. The Luxury Beachfront Building - luxurious suites that adjoin
the beach and offer close-up Atlantic Ocean views. The units here are extra-spacious
and feature unique platform beds topped with featherbeds, Egyptian cotton bedsheets
and extra-thick towels, bathrooms with granite vanities and glassed in stall
showers. Kitchens and kitchenettes come with granite countertops and stainless-steel
appliances. The decor is accented with Balinese touches and include mahogany
and wicker furniture, wood paddle ceiling fans, and tropical fabrics in muted
colors. The Deluxe Ocean View Building - set back from the beachfront,
but still offering Atlantic Ocean views. Features are very similar to the Lady
Rose building, with granite countertops, rich mahogany furniture and Egyption
cotton bedsheets over matresses topped by featherbeds.
