General Facility Description

The Palms offers 12 spacious one and two bedroom condominiums with all the modern conveniences. You can enjoy views of the beautiful beach of San Pedro and the barrier reef from your condo. Or relax by the freshwater swimming pool, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Also with two restaurants adjacent to the property you won`t have far to go for wonderful food and service.

Twelve Spacious Oceanfront Suites and a Poolside Casita.
8 units with Two Bedrooms and 5 with One Bedroom. All are designed for your comfort and individual needs, with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and TV's. All units are air conditioned, and also have ceiling fans.

One Bedroom units feature a King or Queen sized bed
Two Bedroom units feature either a Queen sized bed in the master bedroom and two twin sized beds in the other room or a double in both rooms, or queen in both rooms. And 1 1/2 bathrooms.
Executive two bedroom units feature either a Queen in both bedrooms or a queen in the master bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. And two full sized bathrooms.

There are a total of five, two bedroom oceanfront suites, each with one and one-half bathrooms. Three units have 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. One unit offers a king bed with a double bed in the second bedroom. One unit offers a king bed with a queen bed in the second bedroom.

Two Bedroom Executive Oceanfront Suite
There are three, two bedroom Executive Oceanfront Suites. Each of them features two full bathrooms. One unit consists of 1 king bed and 1 queen bed in the second bedroom. The other two units feature 1 king bed, and 2 double beds in the second bedroom.
