For those who love tennis, there are seven illuminated courts (3 natural grass, 2 paddle, 1 fast and 1 covered court) and the 'Kirmayr Clinic', with professional instructors and everything else you may need. Other options include volleyball courts, paddle courts and a soccer court, not to mention horse riding, gymnastics, hydro gymnastics, aerobics and stretching. And should you love water sports, there are many activities to enjoy: scuba diving, wind surf, Jet Ski, holder, water ski and caique. You may also visit the hundreds of islands nearby. The sophisticated port can handle large sailboats and motorboats. There, you may rent a boat (sail or motor) and enjoy by yourself the charm of the transparent waters and the uninhabited beaches. The rafting - an exclusive attraction of Hotel do Frade - can offer you an unforgettable experience: a two-hour ride down the river Mambucaba, through the rain forest, in an inflated boat. It is pure emotion!! The Resort is the only one to offer a special schedule of attractions for the kids all the year round. Trained guides organize plays and horse carriage tours and excursions to the rain forest or to the nearby waterfall. In the evening, the attractions are parlor games, movies, table tennis, table soccer and video games.
