General Facility Description

The Hotel offers unlimited wireless internet at no extra cost is available in the entire hotel, both in the rooms and the gardens. Take advantage of the serenity of our beautifully lush gardens and get online surrounded by birdsong whilst indulging in a good cup of coffee. If you don't have a computer, we can provide laptops upon payment of a small additonal fee.

Guests can enjoy breakfast in the garden whilst listening to early morning birdsong.A selection of smoked salmon, assorted cheeses, crisp salads, freshly-baked bread and fine South American wine is available on room service. The atmosphere is casual and guests can gather, relax and converse whilst listening to music. The hotel does not house its own restaurant, but 36 of Quito's best restaurants are situated nearby, 20 of them in walking distance. Some restaurants even offer a delivery service should you not wish to leave the hotel. The hotel provides a laundry and dry-cleaning service.

This 10-room gem offers all the style and comfort of a small luxurious home with an especially inviting interior. The use of colour, wood, iron and marble throughout creates the atmosphere of a sophisticated private residence, maintaining the same tradition and elegance as when it was built in 1936. The rooms have been individually designed and decorated, to include all modern amenities such as telephones, cable TV, a safe and a fire alert system with sprinklers. The bathrooms have telephones, 220v. and 110v plug sockets, bathtubs with showers, bathrobes and hairdryers.
