The hotel has a panoramic view of the lake and the lush Paten's Jungle, which surrounds the 200 acre property, 40 minutes from the airport in Flores. All the rooms are bright and comfortable with balconies with view of the lake and a beautiful pool.

General Facility Description

Located Eastern end of Lake Peten Itza, within the Cerro Cahui Wildlife Reserve. It is located only 40-minutes from the Flores airport, or can be reached with a 2.5 hour drive from The Rio Dulce or a 6 hour drive from Guatemala City.

Camino Real Tikal is located on Lake Petén Itzá, the hotel has a panoramic view of the lake and the lush Peten?s Jungle, which surrounds the property. It is a 200 acre property which includes gardens and waterfront, and borders an enormous wildlife reserve which protects flora and fauna. There are two restaurants for all day dining, specializing in local and International dishes. There is an outdoor terrace overlooking the Lake and a bar. The hotel grounds are surrounded by wilderness and it is just half an hour drive to the ruins of Tikal.
