General Facility Description

The hotel offers a restaurant and a bar, where you can enjoy Caribbean food with an Italian twist at Trattoria da Piero, Roatan's newest water front restaurant, the chef will present you with his exciting new renditions of lobster, conch, shrimp and fish entrees. Such specialties as lobster in mustard sauce, shrimp in pesto, grouper in white wine, plus fresh home made pasta and unique sauces with Island ingredients from land and sea. And if you'd like something not on the menu, simply say so. Just tell the chef what you'd like and he'll invent something to meet your request.
