The building was erected in 1968 in modern Mexican style and was renovated in 2006. It comprises 97 rooms over 6 storeys. The air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in the foyer with its 24-hour reception desk, currency exchange facility, lifts, hotel safe and cloakroom. The Luz restaurant offers guests Mexican specialities. Furthermore, guests are invited to take advantage of the cafe, a bar with national and international drinks, a hairdresser, the gardens, conference rooms, the car rental service, a secretarial service, fax machine, childcare, travel agency, Internet access (WLAN), room and laundry services, a medical station and parking facilities.

The spacious rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer. In addition, they are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, a safe and a double bed. Individually regulated air conditioning also features.
