Opened in 2005, the complex comprises 24 villas with 48 rooms. All of the villas afford eco rustic decor, but remain luxurious, 5-star accommodation. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a cloakroom in addition to a newspaper stand, a bar and a restaurant where guests may enjoy intimate contact with the natural environment and eco system. There are room and laundry services to take advantage of and younger guests may let off steam in the playground. There is a car park for those arriving by car and a bicycle storage facility.

The rustic, Maya-style rooms offer all the commodities and comforts to cater to even the most demanding guest. Facilities include a bathroom, a double bed, individually controllable air conditioning, a terrace and a spacious living area with a hammock to relax in.
