Nicaraguan owner were always told by their friends and visitors that their beautiful colonial house looked like a hotel, so they run into it a year ago. That is why it is an authentic and beautiful colonial house decorated with antique furniture.

General Facility Description

You will get a real feel of a colonial house, upon entering the two front large rooms which are filled of rocking chairs, Nicaraguan paintings and lit up by the interior courtyard, bursting with tropical plants.

Continental Breakfast is included.

Room Facility and Description

All of the seven rooms have A/C, fan, private bathrooms, large bed, cable TV and continental breakfast is always included.

Children under 10 years old stay free, sharing the room with adults.
