General Facility Description

The Libertador Palacio del Inka is a beautiful colonial mansion, 'Casa de los Cuatro Bustos', which was originally built by Inca laborers for the conqueror and first governor of Peru, Francisco Pizzaro. This hotel was opened in 1976 inside the historic home. In 1998 the hotel was enlarged to 214 rooms and suites, and the entrance was changed from the original mansion entrance to the new entrance opposite the famed Temple of the Sun. The new entrance includes a large lobby offering plenty of seating space for check in and tour gathering.

The main restaurant the 'Inty Raymi' offers international and Peruvian cuisine, and 'La Cholita' is a 24 hours coffee shop with snacks and light fare. There are two bars, the 'Rumi' in the original mansion off the courtyard, and the 'Marquez' in the new section of the hotel. Both bars are a lively place for guests to meet and mingle. The hotel?s public spaces are filled with a warm and entertaining ambience.

The hotel also offers a variety of other amenities, such a fitness center, internet service, baby sitter, parking, laundry, meeting rooms, a fully outfitted business center, gift shop, beauty salon, and an on call doctor. The meeting rooms are the perfect facilities to hold business meetings and presentations, as well as social functions, banquets and reunions.
